warm smile lovely balcony relaxing massage slow food replenishment inattentive staff boat noise
The staff greeted me with warm smiles. My room had a lovely balcony (I enjoyed sitting there). The spa downstairs provided a massage for one hour.
The food was not always replenished quickly at breakfast.

the location was convenient for exploring the area
the furniture was quite noisy I could hear every movement from rooms above and beside mine. the sound insulation needs improvement. this affected my sleep quality significantly

noisy boat engines disappointing view
The staff were friendly and helpful there.
The room I booked did not have the view I expected I saw a modern housing development instead The boat engines were noisy at night I also heard noise from a bar on a moored boat.

warm welcome riverside dinner attentive staff nice visit
my experience begins with a warm welcome. the hotel sits close to town and it had a tranquil vibe. dinner by the riverside was so nice. i found the staff attentive. they really go above and beyond to ensure a nice visit.
the solid wood furniture is a bit noisy. whenever someone moves a chair, i hear it.

fantastic riverside stay!

I found my suite very clean and well-kept. It had a separate stone bath. the rooftop pool area was fantastic. breakfast on the ground floor near the river became a pleasant morning routine. the availability of bicycles was also great for exploring the area.
the furniture, being solid wood, created some noise when moved at night.

spacious room helpful staff boat engine moored bar
i had a spacios room that overlooked the river. Breakfast had lots of choice from fresh fruit to tasty omelettes. The staff were REALLY helpful and nice.
the view i paid for was not special, overlooking a modern housing development. The boat engines were noisy at night. A bar on a moored boat added to THE noise.
